In-store returns:

Returns/exchanges can be made in store for a full refund within 20 days of purchase and with receipt. All items being returned or exchanged must be in original packaging/condition with tags on. If returns are made within 20 days, refunds will be issued using your original method of payment. 

Online Returns:

We are not responsible for any shipping charges, fees or any amount of money that may be incurred when you ship your return back.

You will have 20 days from the delivery date to send back your return. Let us know you are doing so by emailing us at hello@baby-barn.ca

Once received, we will inspect the items and notify if anything is wrong. We will then process a return which can take 2-5 Business days to reflect on your statement.

Any items marked as sale, is final.
